  • 1.准备食材:青椒小米椒切小丁,基围虾洗净剪胡须(懒不剪也行)。

  • 3.锅内倒多点油,油温5成热时放入虾炸至两面金黄色,外壳炸焦。
  • 4.锅内留少许油,倒入蒜末,青红椒爆香。
  • 5.倒入炸过的虾翻炒均匀,倒入椒盐粉炒匀。
