咸肉粥

  • 薄盐咸肉切5至6片

Steps to make 咸肉粥

  • 1.按1:8的米、水配比滚粥。薄盐咸肉切成小丁(个人认为一定要选薄盐咸肉,无论是色泽与咸淡才都是最佳),生菜切丝儿、姜切丝儿备用。
  • 2.鸡蛋打成液,取半份摊个鸡蛋饼。
  • 3.将鸡蛋饼切成丝儿备用。
  • 4.等粥滚起放入咸肉,一个半小时生米滚成粥,根据粥的咸淡酌情加入盐或味精。装碗撒上姜丝儿,生菜丝儿,蛋丝儿,有咸肉的鲜有生菜的脆,色彩搭配也合心意。
