Steps to make 酒酿南瓜园子

  • 1.南瓜去皮,洗净,切块;
  • 2.上锅蒸熟,趁热捣成南瓜泥;
  • 3.拌入适量糯米粉,细砂糖;
  • 4.揉成南瓜面团,不用过度揉,能捏成团即可;
  • 5.将南瓜面团捏成一个个小圆子;
  • 6.锅里加水烧开,放入糯米小圆子;我喜欢喝酒酿汤,所以水放得有点多;
  • 7.将圆子煮至浮起;
  • 8.加入酒酿煮开;
  • 9.装盘盛出即可食用。
