三步快烹手剥蒜蓉虾配香蒜面包
老外其实也很会做虾,做一盘西式虾会很复杂吗?这里来个简易版,只要3步,却是不失精髓的浓浓蒜香味。只是人家都是用处理好的无头海虾。但我更喜欢活虾。在我看来河鲜>湖鲜>海鲜。如果没有新鲜欧芹,也可用干欧芹或香菜,只是味道会不太一样。这道虾从洗到装盘,用不了二十分钟。

  • 有盐黄油20g
  • 吐司面包2片
  • 蕃茄2片
  • 干奶酪适量(可选)

Steps to make 三步快烹手剥蒜蓉虾配香蒜面包

  • 1.活虾清洗干净后去头
  • 2.锅内植物油七八成倒入大虾快速翻炒约20秒,根据虾量倒入半个到1个蒜蓉、20g有盐黄油,和适量欧芹碎。虾色完全变红时起锅装盘。(可根据需要加干奶酪碎)
  • 3.没吃完的吐司面包放入剩余的蒜蓉油锅内以微小火每面慢烤2-3分钟,直到面包香脆
  • 4.面包上放蕃茄片,再加上两勺新鲜奶酪
