麻辣串串香火锅
天气越来越凉了,吃火锅的季节来到了。我喜欢吃火锅 ,不只是为了满足于口感,而是喜欢一家人围坐在一起,边吃边聊其乐融融的感觉。让人感到很温馨很幸福。。。
    麻辣烫属街头小吃,卫生状况不敢想象。可是孩子就是喜欢这一口。只好在家自己制作麻辣烫火锅了。在家制作火锅可以保证食物的新鲜程度,吃起来放心。正好有个朋友开了家火锅店,向朋友要了点麻辣火锅底料,正宗就是正宗的,火锅沸腾起来,满屋飘香,麻辣醇香好有食欲呢。。。
    我是可乐控,吃火锅当然离不开那甜美的可乐了。吃着那麻辣醇香的串串,喝着那凉爽的可乐。。哇。。真是美极了,爽。。。想想都留口水

  • 鲜蘑100克
  • 鸭血100克
  • 鱼丸100克

Steps to make 麻辣串串香火锅

  • 1.把花菜洗净掰成小朵穿成串,莲藕 萝卜去皮穿成串。
  • 2.豆皮切成条穿成串。
  • 3.火腿肠切上花刀,斩成小段后穿成串。
  • 4.生菜洗净掰成小块穿成串。
  • 5.把各种鱼丸穿成串。
  • 6.鲜蘑洗净撕成小条穿成串。
  • 7.鲜虾洗净去掉肠线,用签子穿上。
  • 8.鸭血切成小块穿成串。
  • 9.年糕提前用清水泡软。
  • 10.用芝麻酱,酱豆腐,韭菜花,鸡精 糖 生抽 香油调成料汁。
  • 11.锅中加入葱姜和麻辣火锅底料,
  • 12.加入水烧开,加入喜欢吃的串串煮熟,沾上小料就可以享受了。
