  • 1.腊鸭用淘米水泡30分钟。
  • 2.切成块再用面粉洗三遍
  • 3.腊鸭块沥干水。
  • 4.香菇黄花菜提前泡好,姜蒜切好。
  • 5.土豆切成块。
  • 6.火腿切成片。大白菜洗好沥干撕小片。
  • 7.锅预热,放入油。
  • 8.放入姜蒜炒香。
  • 9.放入豆瓣酱和火锅底料,炒出红油。
  • 10.放入腊鸭,炒二分钟。
  • 11.放入香菇和黄花菜,炒一分钟。加适量黄酒,炒一分钟。
  • 12.锅中加适量开水,烧开。
  • 13.倒入火锅中。
  • 14.放入土豆,小火煮熟。。
  • 15.水不够可以再加些开水煮。
  • 16.土豆煮的差不多熟时,放火腿煮。
  • 17.再放点白菜煮。
  • 18.再放点香菜。可以再放点生抽和玉米油调味。
