Steps to make 年年有余——满载富荣归

  • 1.主料:多宝鱼 辅料:彩椒调味料:胡椒粒,洋葱,葱姜蒜
  • 2.多宝鱼清洗干净后把鱼头剔出来
  • 3.锅烧油至7成热,鱼骨用竹签穿过头尾,放入锅中炸至定型成金黄色,炸的过程不停的用汤勺浇油在鱼头鱼尾,出锅前大火逼出多余的油份
  • 4.鱼肉切块,加少许盐,鸡粉腌制,再加适量淀粉和面粉,抓匀
  • 5.把鱼肉也如果炸至金黄后捞出
  • 6.锅留底油,爆香葱姜蒜洋葱和胡椒粒
  • 7.下彩椒翻炒一会
  • 8.再下鱼肉爆炒,烹料酒去腥
  • 9.最后加适量的盐鸡粉,少许生抽上色翻炒匀即可出锅装盘
  • 10.把鱼肉装在鱼骨上即可了,简单大方的菜就做好了,年夜饭秀出来让家人都惊艳一把吧
