焦糖核桃酥
很多人不喜欢吃核桃,是因为核桃衣会有一种苦涩味,而用焦糖包裹的核桃做成的点心,完全中和了苦涩味,非常好吃。

  • 低筋面粉115克
  • 黄油65克
  • 核桃仁120克
  • 细砂糖30克
  • 鸡蛋1大勺(15ML)
  • 焦糖酱50克

Steps to make 焦糖核桃酥

  • 1.软化的黄油加入细砂糖用电动打蛋器打至发白。
  • 2.加入鸡蛋液继续打均匀。
  • 3.加入过筛的低筋面粉。
  • 4.拌成面团。
  • 5.把面团整形成1cm厚的正方形,放入烤箱中层170度烤20分钟。
  • 6.核桃仁加入焦糖酱拌均匀。
  • 7.饼底烤好后铺上焦糖核桃仁,可以再撒上少许细砂糖。
  • 8.再放入烤箱上火170度下火14度烤10分钟左右,烤好冷却后食用。
