【夏日小凉菜】—凉拌三鸡
鸡肉的蛋白质含量根据部位、带皮和不带皮是有差别的,从高到低的大致排列顺序为去皮的鸡肉、胸脯肉、大腿肉。去皮鸡肉和其他肉类相比较,具有低热量的特点。所以夏天凉拌鸡丝的话还是很适合的。

  • 鸡胸肉200克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 素鸡1块
  • 黄瓜少许
  • 红泡辣几个
  • 半小勺
  • 生抽2大勺
  • 孜然粉少许
  • 辣椒油1小勺
  • 蒜泥少许
  • 姜末少许
  • 芝麻油少许
  • 白糖少许
  • 鸡精少许

  • 1.先把上诉所有调料混合,搅拌均匀,静置。让其充分融合。
  • 2.鸡脯肉洗净并焯熟。
  • 3.熟鸡肉冷却后顺条纹撕成小条。
  • 4.素鸡切丝并焯水。
  • 5.打一个鸡蛋充分搅拌
  • 6.平底锅预热后倒入蛋液体煎熟。(最好过滤一下)
  • 7.把蛋皮切成丝。
  • 8.黄瓜和红泡椒切丝。
  • 9.三种鸡丝和黄瓜丝、泡椒丝混合。
  • 10.把事先调好的料汁倒入其中。
  • 11.充分搅拌均匀。
  • 12.装盘即可实用。
