卡仕达奶油酱
最近喜欢上了北海道戚风杯子蛋糕,做这个蛋糕需要搭配卡仕达奶油酱,所以我就自己做了点

  • 牛奶150g
  • 奶油100g
  • 黄油15g
  • 蛋黄3个
  • 低粉15g
  • 玉米淀粉5g
  • 白糖20g

Steps to make 卡仕达奶油酱

  • 1.食材按量称好
  • 2.奶油先加糖打至6-7分发,即慕斯奶油
  • 3.蛋黄加入白糖搅匀
  • 4.筛入低粉,玉米淀粉
  • 5.搅拌均匀,不要用力过分搅,不然容易起筋
  • 6.牛奶加热沸腾离火
  • 7.把热牛奶缓缓地加入到蛋黄糊里搅拌均匀
  • 8.搅好的牛奶蛋黄糊移植到火上
  • 9.小火加热搅拌至浓稠的浆糊即可关火
  • 10.趁热放入黄油搅拌均匀
  • 11.放凉后加入打发好的奶油搅拌均匀即成
  • 12.做好的卡仕达奶油放冰箱冷藏就行啦!炒鸡好吃
