对于动物内脏我们家吃的很少,几乎不怎么吃的,一方面不知道怎么吃,另一方面就是也不知道这内脏有营养吗?卫生吗?所以带有这么多疑问我还是很少买的,但是那次去孩子爷爷家吃饭在那里吃到这白切猪心觉得味道还是不错的,蘸上清爽的蚝油,不油腻又很香的,上网看了下猪心营养价值也很高,它含有蛋白质、脂肪、钙、磷、铁、维生素B1、维 生素B2、维生素c以及烟酸等,这对加强心肌营养,增强心肌收缩力有很大的作用。
所以我就买了一点猪心回来白切了吃,这是第一次做,这菜没什么难度,但是味道也很好,所以推荐给大家试试哦~

Steps to make 白切猪心

  • 1.猪心买回来后洗净干净。
  • 2.在热水中先焯烫一下。
  • 3.烫过的猪心放入砂锅内,砂锅内倒入适量开水。
  • 4.还可以加入一块猪骨一起入砂锅。
  • 5.盖上砂锅的盖子,大火煮开后改小火煲40分钟,至猪心熟透即可。
  • 6.煮熟的猪心捞出晾凉切片。
  • 7.蘸碟内倒入适量蚝油即可。
