香烤秋刀鱼
秋刀鱼体型修长纤细,体内含有丰富的蛋白质和脂肪等,味道鲜美,用来蒸、煮、煎、烤都可以。因为其体内含有EPA、DHA等不饱和脂肪酸,对抑制高血压、心肌梗塞、动脉硬化都有很好的作用。
秋刀鱼去除内脏后,洗净,身上拉几道口,用盐腌一下,再入烤箱烤20-30分钟,中途可翻身或者刷一层简单的酱料,出来后便是略有肉质细密、略有弹口的美味烤鱼啦!

Steps to make 香烤秋刀鱼

  • 1.秋刀鱼去除内脏,清洗干净,室温下晾干
  • 2.表面拉花刀,抹少许盐,腌10分钟,进烤箱前,用羊毛刷在表面刷一层薄油
  • 3.送进预热好的烤箱中层,150度,上下火,15分钟
  • 4.将烤盘端出,用羊毛刷刷一层黑胡椒粉和蚝油的混合液
  • 5.重新入烤箱烤10分钟
  • 6.出炉后可撒上洋葱丝、香菜段同食
  • 7.香菜、洋葱都是脆的,与秋刀鱼的的弹口相配,很不错
  • 8.很香
