枸杞水果寿司
我觉得寿司最合适炎热的季节来吃了,首先可以不用在厨房饱受烟熏火燎之苦,再呢,吃起来很清爽,清淡的口味也很适合炎热的天气来食用!
今天做了个水果口味的,还利用了枸杞来染色,漂亮的颜色和清甜的口味很受小朋友的喜爱!

Steps to make 枸杞水果寿司

  • 1.将枸杞子用清水洗净
  • 2.然后加3倍的水,打成枸杞汁
  • 3.大米洗净后,倒入枸杞汁里面,如果枸杞汁不够,就加一点清水里面,和平时蒸米饭一样多的水就可以了!
  • 4.搅动一下,混合均匀,放入电饭煲开水蒸米饭!
  • 5.趁蒸米饭的时候来做寿司醋。3勺白醋,2勺糖,1勺盐的比例搅拌均匀。
  • 6.把哈密瓜和香蕉切成条,提子切成细丁!
  • 7.米饭蒸好后,用饭勺搅动一下,散去热气.
  • 8.然后将寿司醋倒入米饭里面,搅拌均匀
  • 9.开始卷寿司,将紫菜放在寿司帘上面
  • 10.然后将米饭平铺在紫菜上面
  • 11.然后在靠底部的位置涂上沙拉酱
  • 12.在涂有沙拉酱的地方放上蜜瓜香蕉条和提子丁!
  • 13.然后由下往上卷起来,切成3段
  • 14.在每一小段中间斜切一刀,就制作好了!
