Steps to make 小熊爪饼干

  • 1. 先将黄油室温软化,与糖放在料理盆中
  • 2.用手持搅打器,把黄油和糖混合搅打,将黄油打发
  • 3.先取一个鸡蛋,打散,然后分两次加入到黄油里面,打散的作用是防止鸡蛋倒入黄油中的分量不准,鸡蛋大散后也方便分次加入
  • 4.用手持搅打器将黄油和鸡蛋打匀,一定要把第一次的鸡蛋打匀了,再加下一次的鸡蛋
  • 5. 现在我们把盐,泡打粉,低粉可可粉全部待在粉筛里,这样可以使我们的干性材料混合均匀,也能让粉类更加蓬松
  • 6.将粉类过筛到料理盆中,小心一点,不要筛到外面
  • 7.将黄油和粉类混合拌匀,拌匀至无干粉状即可,但千万不要搅拌过度,导致面团产生筋度,那样的话烘烤时面团会回缩
  • 8.把面团分成一个14克,3个4克的小面团,全部搓圆,先将大圆压扁再将3个小圆摆在大圆上边,贴着大圆压扁,烤箱160℃烘烤15分钟出炉放凉
  • 9.取100克黑巧克力隔水融化备用
  • 10.在饼干的每个球球的中间淋一块巧克力,OK
