花菇排骨汤

Steps to make 花菇排骨汤

  • 1.椴木花菇用冷水浸泡。
  • 2.排骨用冷水浸泡,其间适时换水。
  • 3.从冰箱取出玉米粒解冻。
  • 4.排骨入锅焯水后捞出沥干水。
  • 5.备好葱切段,姜切片,备好大料。
  • 6.焯水后的排骨放入电饭煲内胆。
  • 7.倒入玉米粒。
  • 8.放入花菇。
  • 9.放入葱姜、大料,再加适量水。
  • 10.将电饭煲内胆放入电饭煲,盖上盖通电,选择1小时煲汤档煲。
  • 11.荷兰豆摘洗干净。
  • 12.汤煲好后加盐、胡椒粉搅拌均匀。
  • 13.放入荷兰豆。
  • 14.搅拌均匀即可盛出享用。
