【咸蛋黄焗南瓜】
这道菜非常受我家小家伙青睐,记得当时他和老公出去遛弯儿,回来的时候这道菜已经做好摆在一边儿了,小家伙凑上来闻了闻,又闻了闻,赞叹的说:“妈妈你今天做的菜真棒!这就是我想吃的!”

南瓜600g,咸蛋黄4个,盐适量

  • 1.将南瓜去皮去瓤

  • 4.待南瓜稍软后捞出备用
  • 5.将咸蛋黄放在小碗中
  • 6.用勺子碾碎成泥状
  • 7.锅内倒入少许油,烧热后倒入碾成泥的蛋黄
  • 8.待泛起均匀的白沫
  • 9.倒入南瓜条
  • 10.快速翻动南瓜,使其表面沾满蛋黄泥,根据情况酌量加盐炒匀即可出锅
