  • 1.2个蛋黄加入10克白砂糖拌均;
  • 2.加入20克色拉油拌均,接着加40克牛奶拌均
  • 3.蛋糕粉50克和抹茶粉5克拌均过筛;
  • 4.过筛的粉加入步骤3中,拌均;
  • 5.蛋白糊的制作,蛋白打粗泡,加入30克白糖打发至干性;
  • 6.1/3蛋白糊加入步骤4中拌均,把剩余加入继续拌均;
  • 7.烤盘垫油纸,倒入拌均好的面糊;
  • 8.烤箱预热,180°,20分钟;
  • 9.蛋糕放凉,撕下油纸,蛋糕翻面铺在油纸上,蛋糕表面铺上椰蓉,奶酪;
  • 10. 蛋糕葱一端开水卷起,用保鲜膜包裹好,放入冰箱冷藏1小时;
