  • 1.里脊肉洗净切片
  • 2.放入淀粉
  • 3.加入白糖、孜然、食盐
  • 4.放入酱油抓匀,腌制入味
  • 5.将肉片用牙签串好(牙签可以用开水烫一下)
  • 6.准备花椒粒,干辣椒切段、姜蒜剁末分一小部分切片
  • 7.将穿好的牙签肉放入锅中炸制,变白就可以了,捞出备用
  • 8.锅中留少许油,放入干辣椒段、花椒粒、姜蒜末爆香
  • 9.出香味后倒入牙签肉翻炒
  • 10.放入少许食盐、孜然粉调味
  • 11.放入白芝麻,把剩下的姜蒜片倒入锅中炒香即可
