Steps to make 香菇油菜

  • 1.香菇泡发,油菜备用。
  • 2.油菜洗净对半切开备用。
  • 3.锅内烧水,水开后倒入香菇焯一下捞出备用。
  • 4.把油菜也放锅内焯烫一下,锅中放一点油和半勺盐,开锅后就把菜捞出。
  • 5.焯完水的菜用凉的白开水冲一遍沥干水分摆盘。
  • 6.炒锅内热油爆香蒜米,把香菇倒入翻炒出香味。
  • 7.拿一个碗里面倒入糖,盐,生抽,鸡精,淀粉,少许水倒入锅内。
  • 8.大火烧到汤汁粘稠关火倒在摆好盘的油菜上即可。
