  • 1.准备好食材。排骨洗净切段备用。
  • 2.排骨冷水下锅,放入葱结和姜片,倒入适量的料酒焯水。
  • 3.锅内倒入油,放入黄冰糖小火炒糖色。
  • 4.再放入姜片和排骨翻炒。
  • 5.放入老抽、生抽、蚝油、盐加入热水没过排骨,再放入八角、香叶和话梅。
  • 6.盖上锅盖中小火焖30分钟。
  • 7.汁差不多收干,撒上白芝麻即可。
  • 8.用筷子夹入盘中即可。
