Steps to make 葱油洋芋擦擦

  • 1.按照食材与调料准备好菜品所需主料及辅料;
  • 2.土豆去皮、擦成丝,蒜、小红辣椒切碎,香菜、葱切段;
  • 3.土豆丝用清水浸泡15分钟,以便洗去淀粉;
  • 4.土豆丝捞出,用厨房纸吸干水分;
  • 5.去除表面水分的土豆丝放入碗中,加入适量面粉;
  • 6.再加入适量的鸡精和盐;
  • 7.用手充分抓匀,使土豆丝均匀包裹薄薄一层面粉即可;
  • 8.土豆丝放入盘中,锅中加水,烧开后放入土豆丝,大火蒸熟(约10分钟左右);
  • 9.蒸熟的土豆丝放入小盆中,加入辣椒粉和蒜末、辣椒碎,充分拌匀;
  • 10.8. 最后撒上适量香菜装饰即可。
