这花蛤,是我扣下老公买回家准备辣炒花蛤的一小小部分,配上海鲜菇,可以称得上鲜上加鲜,一锅鲜呢。随手放了点胡萝卜片,荷兰豆,你吃你的炒花蛤,我吃的我花蛤汤,不许偷吃我的,嗳!你怎么还是把筷子伸我碗里了?这种清淡的口味配你的啤酒,也不错?

    Steps to make 海鲜菇花蛤汤

    • 1.准备食材。
    • 2.海鲜菇洗净斜刀切成两段。
    • 3.荷兰豆与胡萝卜切成菱形片。
    • 4.锅中放少许油爆香葱姜丝。
    • 5.加入海鲜菇翻炒。
    • 6.至海鲜菇炒出水份。
    • 7.放入花蛤。
    • 8.加入少许水。(不必太多,因为花蛤还会吐出一部分水份来)
    • 9.烧开后,花蛤开口,先加入胡萝卜片。
    • 10.再加入荷兰豆片。
    • 11.略煮后关火,加入少许芝麻油。
    • 12.根据自已的口味再加入少许盐。
    • 13.适量胡椒粉,调匀出锅即可。
