大阪烧是日本的一种蔬菜煎饼,以高丽菜(圆白菜)为蔬菜面糊饼底,加上各式海鲜,肉类或者其他蔬果材料,煎至而成,又叫“什锦煎饼”,随你喜好加上各类食材,所以可以称得上是“日式披萨”。今天做的这道私家大阪烧,加入了自家的卤肉和自己调制的比较特别的酱汁,口感层次相当丰富,海鲜味而浓郁,非常好吃。自己感觉有点像章鱼小丸子的味道,但是口感层次比小丸子丰富很多。

    Steps to make 私家大阪烧

    • 1.圆白菜切细丝(切得越细越好)。
    • 2.鱿鱼须在沸水中炒熟切小段,卤肉,洋葱切粒,香菜剁碎。
    • 3.面粉中加入鸡蛋和清水和成面糊。
    • 4.将圆白菜丝,洋葱粒和香菜碎拌进面糊,搅拌均匀。
    • 5.加入少许盐调味。
    • 6.加入打磨好的山药泥。
    • 7.搅拌成更加浓稠的蔬菜面糊。
    • 8.酷菲偲-维他命煎锅内刷少许油,用中火加热。
    • 9.倒入面糊稍微摇动使面糊均匀分布在锅内,中火煎至面糊失去流动性。
    • 10.面糊表面撒上鱿鱼须和卤肉粒,盖上盖子小火煎,煎至面糊表面变色。
    • 11.李锦记蜜汁烤肉酱与烧烤酱1;1调制成酱料。
    • 12.均匀刷在煎饼表面,关火盖上盖子焖片刻。
    • 13.煎饼表面挤上鱼子酱。
    • 14.撒上柴鱼花。
    • 15.撒上海苔条。
