  • 1.所有材料都称好,除了黄油,其它所有的材料都投进东菱智能面包机T06S-W
  • 2.启动普通揉面功能先选择20分钟
  • 3.再启动第二次揉面,这时可把黄油投进面包机内继续揉面,我总共用了2次25分钟的普通揉面程序
  • 4.揉至完成扩展,可拉出薄而有韧性的手套膜
  • 5.揉圆放进面包机内进行第一次发酵
  • 6.用面包机发酵我都是发酵30分钟
  • 7.发至1.5倍大,手指先沾上面粉,在面团表面上戳洞,若孔洞没有回缩就是发酵完成了
  • 8.这次使用到的模具是法焙客的吐司模具
  • 9.把发酵好的面团取出按压开排气
  • 10.把面团分成3等份
  • 11. 取一块面团加入红曲粉揉均匀,依次把抹茶粉的也加入揉均匀
  • 12.滚圆后盖保鲜膜松弛20分钟
  • 13.滚圆后盖保鲜膜松弛20分钟 取一个松弛好的面团,擀开边上气泡拍掉
  • 14.翻面,自上往下卷起,从中间切开一分为二
  • 15.如图,盖保鲜膜醒发20分钟左右
  • 16.再次擀开把面团擀开
  • 17.把所有面团擀开叠在一起
  • 18.卷成橄榄形
  • 19.卷好的面团码在吐司模具内
  • 20.放进烤箱发酵至8-9分满,手指轻摁表面可以缓慢回弹
  • 21.放入预热好的烤箱,下层上下管160度烘烤40分钟出炉,顶部上色要及时盖锡纸
  • 22.脱模冷却即可
