    • 1.冷面先用水泡好,大概得泡1小时左右。
    • 2.现在准备食材,泡菜用刀切成细丝。
    • 3.黄瓜用水洗干净,用刀切成细丝。
    • 4.香菜用水洗干净,用刀切成沫。
    • 5.鸡蛋煮熟,一分为二。
    • 6.牛肉汤事先煮好,放在冰箱冷藏。(我的牛肉汤是酱牛肉之前的清汤)
    • 7.西红柿用水洗干净,横着用刀切成片。(西红柿片可以换成苹果片、鸭梨片)
    • 8.煮锅放水煮开,下入冷面煮开捞出,用冷水冲凉。(如果感觉冷面不凉,吃的时候可以在汤中加几块冰块)
    • 9.把牛肉汤倒在大碗里,加味精、盐、白糖、白醋、酱油、蒜末调均,(盐和酱油要少放,因为牛肉汤是咸的)。放入冲凉的冷面,把泡菜、鸡蛋、西红柿、香菜末、黄瓜、辣酱码在冷面上。(还可以加入几片牛肉)。
