蒜香金针菇五花肉卷
好久都没吃到烤的五花肉了,平时都是做红烧肉、粉蒸肉之类的。这两种做法我都喜欢,而且也经常的做,口味都熟悉了。今天换一个口味,就用酷克壹佰的蒜香烧烤酱做一个“金针菇五花肉卷”。欢迎大家都来品尝哈~

  • 金针菇150克
  • 料酒20毫升

Steps to make 蒜香金针菇五花肉卷

  • 1.金针菇150克。
  • 2.洗净后把根去掉。
  • 3.五花肉切成薄片。
  • 4.蒜香烧烤酱。
  • 5.将料酒、蒜香烧烤酱倒入肉片中。
  • 6.用手抓匀,腌制30分钟。
  • 7.金针菇放到五花肉上。
  • 8.卷起来用牙签封口。
  • 9.将每个都卷起来。
  • 10.放入烤盘中。
  • 11.刷上一层蒜香烧烤酱。
  • 12.放入烤箱中,用210度烤5分钟。
  • 13.取出来刷一层蒜香酱,再次放入烤箱烤6分钟。
  • 14.将烤盘取出来。
  • 15.翻过来再次刷上一层酱烤制7分钟。
  • 16.取出来稍晾即可。
  • 17.摆盘即可。
  • 18.也可以随自己喜欢摆出其它造型来。
