日式煎饺
饺子在春节期间有着非常重要的地位,过年了几乎家家户户都要吃饺子,还有句俗语叫:“舒服不如倒着,好吃不过饺子。”饺子不仅是春节不可缺少的节日美食,还代表着新的一年好运连连、吉祥如意的寓意。

饺子在日本国内也非常受欢迎不亚于起源地中国,不同于中国饺子的区别主要是制作方法,中国以蒸煮为主,而在日本煎制为主。

今天就教大家制作日式煎饺,一口一个汁多鲜香,端上桌就光盘的一道美食。

Details of ingredients

  • 日式饺子皮350g
  • 猪肉糜200g
  • 卷心菜200g
  • 韭菜200g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 又伊鲜鲜味酱油40ml
  • 麻油10ml
  • 10g
  • 料酒15ml
  • 大蒜3粒
  • 生姜1块
  • 面粉10g

Steps to make 日式煎饺

  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.将卷心菜切碎放入碗中,加入适量的盐腌制10分钟左右,挤干水分备用。
  • 3.将韭菜切碎备用
  • 4.将夹心肉糜放入搅拌碗中,加入盐,按一个方向搅拌均匀。
  • 5.然后加入清酒继续搅拌均匀。
  • 6.放入生姜泥和大蒜泥
  • 7.加入一整个鸡蛋
  • 8.撒上白胡椒/黑胡椒
  • 9.倒入30ml又伊鲜鲜味酱油
  • 10.将肉糜搅拌均匀
  • 11.随后加入卷心菜和韭菜搅拌均匀
  • 12.等到馅料搅拌均匀时淋入麻油
  • 13.将馅料包入皮子内
  • 14.包成月牙饺形状
  • 15.取一口平底锅,开中高火,预热锅子
  • 16.放入植物油后,关火
  • 17.将包好的饺子放置于平底锅内
  • 18.加入面粉水加盖焖煮10分钟左右,待水份完全蒸发后
  • 19.开盖,倒入麻油再煎1-2分钟
  • 20.出锅,完成啦!
