冬季冷的时候,很多的时候朋友去饭店总是喜欢吃火锅,有时候羊蝎子火锅、有时候羊肉火锅,有时候吃鱼火锅,可是吃的最多要属【酸菜鱼火锅】了,所以自己也尝试做了,别说自己在家里吃不但好吃也很实惠。看我这个胖头鱼尾2.6斤才16元左右,加上酸菜2.5元、冻豆腐1.0元、瘦黄豆芽1.0、大白菜0.5、生菜3.0元、茼蒿3.0元、土豆1.0元,加上鱼片等调料也就是30元左右就够四个人吃的了,是不是很实惠呢,更重要的是也吃的更卫生更健康呢!这里分享给朋友们,希望大家喜欢!

  • 胖头鱼尾1300克
  • 四川酸菜一袋
  • 白菜500克
  • 茼蒿350克
  • 生菜500克
  • 土豆500克
  • 冻豆腐一块
  • 瘦黄豆芽350克
  • 花椒少许
  • 干辣椒2-3个
  • 生抽2勺
  • 绍酒一勺
  • 水淀粉少许
  • 泡椒6-8个

Steps to make 【自己动手做火锅】酸菜鱼火锅

  • 1.酸菜鱼食材。
  • 2.首先把鱼骨和鱼肉片开。
  • 3.把鱼肉片成片,清洗干净后放入少许盐、胡椒粉抓匀后放入少许绍酒抓匀,在放入少许水淀粉抓匀后在放入姜丝和从腌制30分钟左右好后摆盘备用。
  • 4.鱼骨剁成小块。
  • 5.葱姜蒜切成片和干辣椒备用。
  • 6.酸菜清洗一遍切成丝攥干备用。
  • 7.取白菜叶子清洗干净控干备用。
  • 8.冻豆腐切成片码盘备用。
  • 9.黄豆芽清洗干净装盘备用。
  • 10.生菜清洗干净装在小筐备用。
  • 11.茼蒿清洗干净装小篮备用。土豆去皮切成片清水中泡着吃时候在装盘。照片忘记照了。
  • 12.炒锅热锅凉油放入花椒,花椒炒好后捞出,放入葱姜蒜小火爆香。
  • 13.然后放入泡椒和酸菜翻炒,酸菜炒好后放入生抽翻炒均匀。
  • 14.然后下入鱼骨肉翻炒。
  • 15.等鱼骨肉炒至变白就炒好了。这时候锅内放水烧开。
  • 16.把炒好的酸菜鱼放入开水锅内煮开加入少许盐和鸡精后转中火盖上盖子煮20分钟左右。
  • 17.然后把煮好的酸菜鱼锅上桌即可食用。
