花生酱西多士
今年烘焙做得并不得多,唯一做得多的就是面包,那天找出图片来看一下,总共做了20多款面包,呵呵,不知不觉就积累了这么多,反而其他的少做了,周未抱着揉面桶准备去做面包,我家爷抢过去让我别太折腾,他也吃到怕了,我每次做都会大量做,然后只吃是吃一个,其他都交给他,他本身也不是很爱,被我每星期大量做,他又得吃,虽然大部分时间都是送同事吃的多。所以这次的吐司是外面买来的,但是还真的不是一个等级的,吐司偏干和硬了点,爷说没我做得好,直接吃不太好吃,于是我就改成做西多士,完全没有干硬的感觉,呵呵!

Steps to make 花生酱西多士

  • 1.准备好所需的材料;
  • 2.吐司切去四条边;
  • 3.取一片吐司抹上适量的花生酱;
  • 4.盖上另一片吐司;
  • 5.将吐司放进装有蛋液的碗里双面蘸上蛋液,轻轻蘸满即可;
  • 6.平底锅倒入油烧热,放入吐司片用小火煎;
  • 7.煎至两面金黄色,取出用纸巾吸一下多余的油即可。
