酸奶面包
把自制的酸奶揉进面团里,做出来的面包特别柔软。

  • 高筋面粉295克
  • 自制酸奶80ml
  • 黄油25克
  • 鸡蛋液40克
  • 干酵母4克
  • 清水95ml
  • 装饰用杏仁片少许
  • 细砂糖45克
  • 1克

Steps to make 酸奶面包

  • 1.将除黄油以外的所有材料按先液体后粉类的顺序投入面包机,启动一个和面程序。
  • 2.一个和面程序结束后,放入软化的黄油,再启动一个和面程序,此时已经达到扩展阶段,进行基础发酵。
  • 3.发酵至原来的2倍大。
  • 4.取出排气,分割成8等分。
  • 5.揉圆,放入8寸不粘模具中。
  • 6.放温暖处进行二次发酵,发酵好后刷一层全蛋液(分量外),撒上杏仁片。
  • 7.送入事先预热好的烤箱中层,上下火175度,25分钟(上色之后加盖锡纸)。
  • 8.晾凉即可食用!
  • 9.孩子们很喜欢,所以经常做,懒病发作,直接放圆模里烤,不用整形,省时省力!
