猪油面包

  • 白砂糖20g

Steps to make 猪油面包

  • 1.肥肉炼油,晾至半凉。(大概五分钟左右)
  • 2.将100g面粉和20g砂糖倒入油中。油温不宜太热,过热的话白砂糖就融化了。这样烤熟的面包里面还有白砂糖的颗粒,嚼起来咯吱咯吱口感很赞。
  • 3.把面粉充分搅拌。油有一点点少,我又加了一点玉米油。拌匀后糖油酥就做好了。盛出备用。
  • 4.剩下的面粉加酵母加温水
  • 5.揉成面团。
  • 6.加一些玉米油。
  • 7.像洗衣服一样揉搓。至面团出筋。
  • 8.擀成薄片。
  • 9.叠被子。
  • 10.再擀薄一些。
  • 11.再叠被子。
  • 12.反复了几次以后再次擀薄。
  • 13.把糖油酥抹在面皮上面。
  • 14.做月饼剩下的豆沙馅也加进来。
  • 15.卷起来。
  • 16.卷好收口。
  • 17.从中间切开。取一半像拧毛巾一样拧上劲。
  • 18.逐个拧好码放在烤盘里。
  • 19.盖保鲜膜发酵至两倍大。(夏天我发酵了20分钟)
  • 20.刷蛋黄液。
  • 21.烤箱140度,40分钟。香飘四溢。
