  • 1.我们用到的食材有:小米椒、大蒜、生姜、高度白酒、盐。
  • 2.小米椒去蒂,洗净、晾干。
  • 3.米辣、大蒜、生姜,全部剁成小粒。
  • 4.加盐搅拌(根据个人口味,喜欢吃酸辣味的就少放点盐)。最后放上两酒瓶盖白酒(白酒的作用是提香防腐),装罐置于阴凉处即可。两周后即可食用。
