可乐排骨
自从学会做可乐鸡翅,就喜欢上了用可乐烧荤菜,之前做了可乐鸭,反响很不错,今天再来道可乐排骨!端上桌时,可谓艳惊四座,吃上一口就停不了口了,哈哈……

  • 肋排2根
  • 葱头3根
  • 1大块
  • 干辣椒或米椒5个
  • 独头蒜1个
  • 小茴香1小把
  • 花椒1小把
  • 八角2个
  • 桂皮1小块
  • 香叶2片
  • 老抽5毫升
  • 料酒30毫升
  • 可乐小瓶装一瓶
  • 2.5毫升
  • 鸡精少许

Steps to make 可乐排骨

  • 1.锅中烧开半锅水,将洗净的排骨倒入焯水。
  • 2.水开后再煮两分钟,将排骨捞出,洗净。
  • 3.葱头、姜和蒜准备好。
  • 4.调料包也准备好。
  • 5.炒锅洗净,放1大勺食用油,烧至五成热,下排骨爆炒。
  • 6.爆至表面微焦。
  • 7.下料酒,炒匀。
  • 8.再将配料放入炒匀。
  • 9.加老抽,炒匀。
  • 10.倒入可乐。
  • 11.小瓶装的可乐正好可以没过排骨,放入料包,小火焖40-60分钟左右
  • 12.至汤汁浓稠,放盐和鸡精。
  • 13.转大火收汁即可。
