紫薯牛奶桂花羹

Steps to make 紫薯牛奶桂花羹

  • 1.准备食材:牛奶、紫薯、桂花。(我这里是三人的量,搅拌出来刚好三杯奶羹,各位要按量调配。)
  • 2.. 紫薯洗净、去皮、切成片。
  • 3.紫薯用适应微波炉用的碟子盛起,表面喷少许清水,高火叮五分钟。(没有微波炉的可以用蒸锅、隔水蒸15分钟左右。)
  • 4.取出,用叉子试压一下,熟透。
  • 5.倒进搅拌机内,同时加入纯牛奶。(喜欢稀一点的可以多加一点牛奶)
  • 6.通电,搅成奶羹。
  • 7.直至紫薯羹顺滑、没有颗粒状。
  • 8.倒进杯子,表面撒些桂花。
  • 9.开动吧~~
