黑芝麻花生馅苏式月饼
就喜欢吃苏式月饼,很享受香酥的外皮。这次用黑芝麻和花生做馅,玉米油和面,真的是里外皆香,只想说两个字:好吃!

Steps to make 黑芝麻花生馅苏式月饼

  • 1.油皮用料混合在一起。
  • 2.和成面团,多揉搓一会儿,揉光滑。和好的面团饧半小时在操作。
  • 3.油酥的用料混合在一起。
  • 4.混合成团即可。同样和油皮面团一起饧着。
  • 5.熟花生粗略压碎,有点颗粒更好。
  • 6.冰箱里黑芝麻馅取处,和花生碎混合,加入2汤勺桂花糖。我这里黑芝麻和花生用了1:1的比例,都用了100g。
  • 7.混合均匀。
  • 8.分成约8份,搓圆。
  • 9.每个面团都分成均匀的8个面剂子。
  • 10.油皮面剂子压扁包入油酥,收口收严。
  • 11.都包好,收口向下,盖好,松弛10分钟。
  • 12.每个剂子擀成长椭圆形,卷起。松弛10分钟,在如此操作一遍。
  • 13.2遍后,每个剂子卷竖起,擀成长条形,卷起。
  • 14.都做好,在松弛10分钟。
  • 15.直接压扁,包入馅,收口。
  • 16.都做好,收口向下。
  • 17.擀成1cm厚的饼放到烤盘上。
  • 18.用红曲粉加水点上装饰。(不点也可以)
  • 19.放入预热好的烤箱内,中层,180度,20分钟。
