  • 1. Prepare the necessary raw materials.

  • 3. In a wok, add corn oil and heat until 70% hot. Put the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt, and stir well. Then, stir fry in a wok until the egg mixture solidifies and scatter with a shovel. Remove and set aside.
