奶黄包
白天上班出门就是一天,趁着晚上有时间给小宝做几个奶黄包,挑食的娃,不吃菜包,肉包……只喜欢奶黄的味道

Steps to make 奶黄包

  • 1.把需要的食材备齐。
  • 2.300克面粉倒入盆里,加入少量的白糖。
  • 3.2~3克的酵母,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.一边用筷子搅动面粉,一边慢慢倒入水。
  • 5.搅拌成絮状。
  • 6.下手揉成一个光滑的面团。
  • 7.直接揉成粗条,切成均匀的面剂。
  • 8.把小面剂稍微团成圆。
  • 9.用大拇指和其他几个手指,把圆面剂弄成窝窝头的样子。
  • 10.放上奶黄馅,20克左右一个奶黄馅。
  • 11.利用虎口来收口。
  • 12.收口朝下摆好,全部面剂包上奶黄。
  • 13.码蒸锅里醒发到明显变大,冷水上锅蒸,上气后蒸十二分钟钟。
  • 14.关火后焖两,三分钟再打开锅盖,取出,这样奶黄包就完成。
