茯苓糕
茯苓糕本是清廷皇室御用糕点因为里面加了清热去湿的白茯苓,茯苓糕可根据不同的需求加入淮山药,莲子,芡实有着安神抗衰老延年益寿的功效,它的做法也特别简单只需把茯苓磨成细粉加入大米粉,糯米粉蒸熟即可。

  • 糯米粉100g
  • 大米粉200g
  • 牛奶180g
  • 熟猪油30g
  • 干桂花10g
  • 白糖30g
  • 熟芝麻60g

Steps to make 茯苓糕

  • 1.食材白茯苓。
  • 2.打磨机打成细粉备用。
  • 3.过筛后加入大米粉糯米粉白糖搅匀。
  • 4.加入牛奶拌匀。
  • 5.拌成小疙瘩用手搓松散。
  • 6.过筛成细腻的糕粉。
  • 7.蒙上湿布饧至30分钟。
  • 8.熟白芝麻,干桂花,白糖混合。
  • 9.猪油加热成液体。
  • 10.加入猪油拌匀做成内馅,来增加茯苓糕的口感。
  • 11.竹笼屉里铺上一张油纸。
  • 12.底部先铺一层糕粉在铺芝麻桂花馅。
  • 13.最上面铺上糕粉压实。
  • 14.做好的香软可口。
