  • 羊腿1300
  • 2匙
  • 蜂蜜2匙
  • 普罗旺斯香料2匙
  • 意大利香料2匙
  • 小茴香1匙
  • 橄榄油5勺
  • 料酒5勺
  • 生抽3勺
  • 孜然2匙
  • 辣椒粉1匙
  • 肉桂粉1匙

Steps to make 香料烤羊腿

  • 1.准备所有的调料。
  • 2.加入液体调料搅拌待用。
  • 3.羊腿洗净,控干水分,每面上划几刀。
  • 4.加入调好的调料,腌制入味,加盖保鲜膜,冷藏过夜。
  • 5.用锡纸包好腌制过的羊腿。
  • 6.入烤箱,200度烤90分钟。
  • 7.拿出烤箱,再撒一层盐,孜然,辣椒面,入烤箱,用230度烤20分钟。
  • 8.拿出晾凉5分钟,可以开吃了!
