杏仁桃酥--最容易成功的点心

  • 1.将植物油、打散的鸡蛋液、在大碗中混合均匀
  • 2.放入糖粉搅拌均匀
  • 3.再将面粉和泡打粉、小苏打混合均匀,过筛倒入后混合均匀
  • 4.揉成面团。
  • 5.分成均等的小块,搓成小圆球
  • 6.将小圆球压扁,放入烤盘。
  • 7.把杏仁用烤箱170度烤5-8分钟,烤出香味,按压在小桃酥中间,放入预热好的烤箱中层,175度,约12分钟
