Steps to make 豹纹吐司-中种法

  • 1.中种面团所有材料,用筷子搅拌搅拌,再揉成光滑的面团,冷藏发酵17小时以上。
  • 2.中种剪小块+主面团材料(除黄油外)放入面包桶,开启和面程序20分钟,10分钟后放入软化的黄油,继续揉至完全阶段。
  • 3.面团分成236g一个大面团,再分成两个157g小面团,小面团分别加入可可粉和竹炭粉揉均匀,揉圆盖保鲜膜松弛30分钟。
