  • 5.锅中烧开水放入年糕片焯水至年糕漂浮上来即可。
  • 6.焯好水的年糕立即放入冷水中过凉多冲洗几遍沥干水份备用。
  • 7.锅中倒入底油加热放入葱、蒜粒爆香再放入香肠翻炒片刻。
  • 8.放入辣白菜大火快速翻炒均匀。
  • 9.放入年糕片为了防止粘锅也可以添加少许清水翻炒均匀。
  • 10.最后放入味精调味均匀使年糕均匀的裹上辣白菜汁撒上香菜葱花提鲜即可出锅。
