  • 1.虾仁挑出虾线。

  • 3.去皮后切成小块。
  • 4.面粉中一点点加入适量清水,搅拌成面疙瘩。
  • 5.锅中加入植物油,放入番茄块翻炒。
  • 6.番茄出沙后加入适量清水。
  • 7.鸡蛋打散备用。
  • 8.番茄汤烧开后加入面疙瘩,迅速滑散免得粘连。
  • 9.煮至面疙瘩变透明,加入虾仁,盐和鸡粉煮30秒。
  • 10.转圈淋入蛋液,用筷子轻轻滑散。
  • 11.能看到蛋花时关火,撒葱花即可。
