Steps to make 叉烧叉烧

  • 1.梅花肉浸半小时浸出血水,其间换次水。
  • 2.肉冲洗干净,稍稍挤下水份,加入所有调料。
  • 3.我忘买姜,放了点姜粉。所以调料放好后抓匀,抓数分钟使之更易入味。盖保鲜膜冷藏至少半天。
  • 4.腌制好的肉拿出来,烤箱预热200度。拿一个小碗,加入蜂蜜和老抽各1大勺,调匀。
  • 5.肉平铺在烤架上,蘸取小碗内的蜂蜜老抽调料刷上一层。
  • 6.下面接垫上锡纸的烤盘,烤20分钟,拿出翻面,刷层调料,再烤25分钟。
  • 7.稍降温至不烫手,切片食用。
