经典花生酥
总记得小时候吃的老式桃酥的味道,香甜酥脆到骨子里。可能是现在的生活太好了,没有一种食物让人念念不忘。今天我做的这款花生酥自己感觉就很接近记忆中的那种味道了,值得一试。

  • 小苏打2g
  • 70g
  • 植物油110g
  • 花生仁50g

Steps to make 经典花生酥

  • 1.花生米提前烤熟去皮取50g。
  • 2.用擀面杖擀压成颗粒状的碎粉收好。
  • 3.鸡蛋打入植物油内,鸡蛋选用大个的,我用的这个约60g。
  • 4.搅拌均匀。
  • 5.加入砂糖。
  • 6.再次搅拌均匀。
  • 7.筛入面粉和小苏打
  • 8.粗略混合。
  • 9.倒入花生碎。
  • 10.在混合揉成团。
  • 11.把揉好的面团分成约31g的小面团,揉圆放到备好的芝麻上,两面沾满芝麻。
  • 12.沾满芝麻的小面团直接放到烤盘上。
  • 13.三根手指并拢直接按压小面团成饼,小饼自然开裂。
  • 14.放入提前预热好的烤箱内,中上层,190度,15分钟。
