豆沙馅南瓜冰皮月饼

Steps to make 豆沙馅南瓜冰皮月饼

  • 1.在盆里倒入牛奶、白糖糖、油搅拌均匀。
  • 2.倒入糯米粉、大米粉充分搅拌均匀,成为稀面糊。
  • 3.搅拌好的稀面糊静置30分钟,然后入蒸锅,大火蒸15分钟左右,蒸熟即可。
  • 4.南瓜去皮去瓤,切成片,放在微波炉盒中入微波炉打熟。
  • 5.将熟南瓜压成泥。6、7、8、将提前做好的红豆沙分成均匀的等份。
  • 6.蒸熟的面糊与南瓜泥放在一起,用勺子搅拌至完全融合,再等待其冷却,南瓜冰皮就成了。
  • 7.用平底锅将少量糯米粉炒熟,作糕粉用。
  • 8. 将提前做好的红豆沙分成均匀的等份。
  • 9.在手上拍点糕粉防粘,取适量冰皮放在手心压扁,放上一块豆沙,用冰皮把豆沙包起来,并慢慢往上推,把豆沙全部包裹住,收口。
  • 10.在模具里撒点糕粉,让糕粉均匀粘在模具壁上,再将包好的冰皮面团放进模具,用手掌压实了。
  • 11.再按出来,冰皮月饼就做好了。
  • 12.做好的月饼放进冰箱,冷藏2、3个小时,即可享用。
