  • 1.500克面粉,5克酵母(3克到5克都可),水275克,白糖少量,和成面团。
  • 2.馅:适量的肉馅煸炒出油。
  • 3.加入适量的生抽,耗油,料酒,盐,鸡精,还有姜汁。
  • 4.煸炒均匀,焖煮一下。
  • 5.再加入浸泡好清洗过的梅干菜煸炒均匀。
  • 6.关火后加入葱花。
  • 7.和好的面开始揉成条,切剂子。
  • 8.擀面片,包上适量的馅,收口,按扁,发酵完成。
  • 9.再放电饼铛烙,不刷油直接烙。
  • 10.上下火中档烙至金黄。
  • 11.因为我家的电饼铛下盘火力比较大点儿,翻一面继续烙个三,四分钟,再出锅。
