比太平苏打还酥脆的无糖零食——芝香千层苏打饼干
这一款饼干真的是超级酥脆,烤好后层层分明,每一层都很香,强烈推荐给家里有患糖尿病家长的子女们,一定要做给他们吃噢,既解馋,又能缓解血糖过低时的头昏心悸等症状。我妈妈就不能吃含糖的食物,本来是做给她的,没想到超级好吃,我晚上也情不自禁的拿来当零食,一边看综艺节目一边嘎吱嘎吱的咀嚼,再配上自己做的酸奶,真的超享受呢!方子是在网上搜的,自己根据妈妈的实际情况做了了改良,咸咸的又夹杂着芝麻的香,口感一点不打折扣!

Steps to make 比太平苏打还酥脆的无糖零食——芝香千层苏打饼干

  • 1.将面团材料揉在一起,揉成面团。盖上保鲜膜,室温发酵20-30分钟左右,体积稍有变大即可。
  • 2.将油酥材料也揉和在一起,揉成面团。
  • 3.将发酵好的面团材料擀成长方形面片。
  • 4.将一边从1/3处向中间折,将另一边也从1/3处向中间折。
  • 5.折好的面片收口朝下,再擀成方形面片,重复第3-5步两次,直到面片表面发亮。
  • 6.然后将面片擀成长方形,在一边放上油酥,把油酥压扁,再用擀面杖压一压,让油酥成片状。
  • 7.用手把三个边捏死,这样油酥整个包裹在面片里了。
  • 8.包裹好后,再重复第3-5步,即先将其擀成方形面片。
  • 9.将一边从1/3处向中间折,将另一边也从1/3处向中间折。
  • 10.收口向下,再擀成长方形面片,如此反复三次。
  • 11.反复三次后,擀成尽量薄的面片。
  • 12.切去边角,并立刻用叉子在上面刺上均匀的小孔。
  • 13.分割成自己喜欢的形状,每一块不要太大。
  • 14.排入烤盘,放在温暖的地方进行最后发酵,20-30分钟。烤箱预热180度,面片发酵到略为变厚即可放进预热好的烤箱,上层加锡纸防饼干烤糊,烤15分钟即可(时间视自家烤箱而定,烤至表面变硬)。
