麻辣猪手火锅
锅底里用的五香辣椒粉,是我自己磨的,用了红尖椒,青花椒,花生,芝麻等,喜欢的同学可以看我前边的日志,有详细的做法。

豆豉是朋友送的,自己家做的,味道很浓郁。其实锅底自己做,吃起来还是比较的放心。

    Steps to make 麻辣猪手火锅

    • 1.主料备用。
    • 2.黄豆泡发。
    • 3.切成块的猪手,焯水。
    • 4.冲洗干净。
    • 5.高压锅内放入泡好的黄豆、生姜片和适量的水。
    • 6.放入猪手。
    • 7.炖至猪肉酥烂。
    • 8.枸杞泡发。
    • 9.下入泡好的枸杞,再炖五分钟。
    • 10.炖好的猪手捞出备用。
    • 11.油锅烧热,下入豆豉和五香辣椒粉,炒出香味。
    • 12.下入炖熟的猪手,翻炒均匀。
    • 13.史云生原汁高汤一盒。
    • 14.加入适量的高汤,(也可以用炖猪手的原汤。)
    • 15.煮开后,倒入涮火锅的锅里,调入适量的盐即可。
