清蒸鲈鱼
新的一个学期开始了,小MM上学后,家里清净很多,呵呵。初三了,我告诉她要努力了,否则考不回原来的中学读高中的话,心里落差就大了,毕竟现在就读的学校是一家好中学。

       市场看到很新鲜的野生海鲈鱼,还活蹦乱跳,感觉很生猛。我喜欢这种不到半斤重的鲈鱼,味道鲜美,肉质细嫩。如果超过一斤,感觉肉质没那么好了。买了两条,不到一斤,用简单的方法,清蒸,好吃。

Steps to make 清蒸鲈鱼

  • 1.将鲈鱼去鳞去肚清洗干净。
  • 2.姜切丝,葱切段,铺在鱼上面,然后淋上生抽,花生油。(贪图方便,就不蒸熟再淋油了)
  • 3.锅里加水烧开,将鱼入锅,猛火蒸6分钟,刚好。
  • 4.好吃的清蒸鲈鱼
